On December 23, 2011, the Los Angeles Christian Presbyterian Church (LACPC) held the 2011 Christmas performance. This annual event consisted of nine different departments ranging from nursery to college. With the audience filled with adults including pastors, presbyters, and deacons, the various presenters were ready to pervade their joy and love through their weeks of practice to celebrate Christmas. Each of the departments prepared their costumes accordingly along with a video portraying the members of the groups. “I hope we do well on the stage just as we did during practice,” Alisa Oh, a junior in the Korean High School Department, said. Each of the ministries presented their own special talents and types of performances like singing, ringing bells, dancing, playing instruments, and acting out scenarios. “The nursery and kindergarten departments were so cute and adorable,” Borah Lim, a senior in the Korean High School Department, said. The nursery and kindergarten departments had dressed all of the babies in animal costumes such as cows, puppies, monkeys, and chickens, which aroused feelings from the audience like Lim. At the end of this event, the LACPC Senior Pastor Jason Kim, was in awe. “Everyone did such a great job today. I was amazed and honored to see all of you on stage with creative performances. I could easily tell you all spent time and effort for today. Well done!”
