With the elections covering all news outlets, it is becoming more and more difficult for citizens to figure out which candidate they should be voting for come November. Many feel Republican candidate Donald Trump should win and others believe he is not suitable to be the President. Whichever the case, the results in November are highly anticipated.
USA Archers Head to Decatur for the 132nd National Outdoor Championships
USA Archers competed in a tournament and despite some complications with the weather, many came out successful. Many of the archers that competed in this tournament will find themselves joining teams that train for the Olympics and will begin training under great names and mentors.
JSR Fall 2016 Official On Its Way!
JSR Fall 2016 Semester has kicked off and is off to a great start. Out of many applications, about 80 students were chosen and 17 student editors have been chosen. BHHS AcaDeca’s Crisis
Beverly Hills High School’s Academic Decathlon team is in a sense of trouble as they have lost their trusted and biggest supporter, their coach. For whatever reasons, the coach that dedicated much if his time and effort into the team is no longer allowed to interact with the students. So, the AcaDeca team has been making do with regards to meeting spaces, practice spaces, and funds for their trips to competitions. Although they are still doing fairly well, they are concerned they will not be as successful as before. They still have their hopes for the upcoming school year though.

With communication becoming so instantaneous, the number of handwritten letters have decreased significantly. The act of letter writing has become somewhat obsolete as communication has become short as well. As a result some people are hoping that letter writing becomes more of a popular thing because it may be the solution to getting people to feel a little bit more about what they are writing.
