People struggle and fight for many reasons such as work, childcare, study, personal relations and more. In order to reduce stress, people engaged in hobbies. According to the study, Annals of Behavioral Medicine, people who have hobbies were 34% less stressed and 18% less sad during the activities. Also, their heart rates were lower and the calming effect lasted for hours.
Having a hobby is important because it detracts focus from personal issues, and generates good feelings, like self-confidence,happiness, and more. There are all sorts of hobbies that fit for different people, but a new kind of pastime was recently added that was unexpected by many. It is coloring. Coloring is usually related to children, but now it is used as a stress reliever for adults. People can gain substantial positive effects like relieving stress and removes from stressful thoughts and worries by concentrating and immersing in coloring.
