Westfield High School Students Walk to Support Pediatric Cancer Research
On Saturday, April 30, 2016 students of Westfield High School under the leadership of the Walk for Kids with Cancer Club participated in an annual fundraising walk. Hundreds of students, families, and cancer survivors gathered in Central Park to take part in the annual fight against pediatric cancer. An organization such as Kids Walk for Cancer is a way for the community to join together and raise money as well as awareness in a fun event. These events have fundraised a great amount of money and will continue to hold such events in order to help fund the treatment of pediatric cancer.
