Most residents of Los Angeles and the surrounding areas should be familiar with the Los Angeles Dodgers, one of the well known sports teams of LA. Baseball season has just recently started and the Dodges are looking to rebound this season after losing in the World Series the last two years. Recently, I went to a Dodgers game on Sunday, April 14, and the experience is one every so-called Angelino should experience.
Most fans that are going to Dodgers Stadium have to usually withstand through the LA traffic and then make their way down to Chavez Ravine. Once past the gates and into the parking lot, fans will need to make their way to one of the many entrances leading to the stadium. Once inside, fans will be able to have a full view of the majestic green field.
If lucky like I was, some fans may have the opportunity to go in early to see the Dodgers and the opposing team take batting practice. Getting up close, I was able to see the players warming up from the outfield section near the foul pole. Indeed, being about ten feet away from the players was a very cool experience and some fans may be just as lucky. Sometimes, some of the players will interact with the fans and give baseballs away to some.

Around an hour before game time, the seats started to fill up and the noise level started to grow. People were getting seated and getting snacks from the concession stands. I bought myself a Dodger Dog and some nachos before the game started and it is recommended that all Dodger fans do the same.
The game kicked off with the ceremonial first pitch and the starting lineups for each team. The announcer got everyone hyped up for each player as they made their way onto the field. After the players were announced, the national anthem was sung and then it was time to play ball! The organ music kicked in and played classic tunes to get the crowd excited and pumped up.
Every time a Dodger came out to bat, everyone would cheer on the player. The crowd also went wild when a base hit or a home run was hit by the Dodgers. Although the day was a little hot, the Dodgers won and blew out the other team 7-1, and I was able to enjoy a great game. In all, going to a Dodgers game is very enjoyable and I recommend going to a game this season.
